Please verify following:
-error logs on both backend and client side (browser)
-do you have any overlays for Asset View Console (Card/List/Colum)
-do you have any overlays for Action Buttons
-Is Delete Button available for other format in the same folder?
@Vani1012
@Vani1012 You will have to verify if the admin group has all the required permissions on the system. Because an admin access will show much more options than is available in this screen shot. Please check the screen shot attached in my post, its a local set up, admin user and much more action buttons as compared to above.
I have provided all the permissions '/content/dam/brands/nano/documents/all-documents/data-sheets' but not getting the delete option.

@Vani1012
-I have verified logs there is no errors only warnings are there
-we have card/List/column view for Asset view console
-The delete button isn't available for images also

So are you saying Asset View Console is overlayed or customized?
There can be two explanations for this:
1. If there is an overlay on Asset View, it must be interfering with Delete Action Button
2. The user accessing the Delete button is not allowed for this action privilege.
I created a fresh user, assigned it to OOTB USer Group "dam-users" and I am able to see the Delete Button.
Please try the same, and use a new test user not an existing one.

Can you verify whether a user belongs to the dam-users group?
Another option is
Create a local user and assign dam-users group and see if you are getting the delete option.
Are you able to delete other file types? (other than pdfs)
