Avatar

Hello Members

Is there a consolidated list of Adobe Assets system guardrails like File Size, Format Supported etc.?

Also, where I can learn more about Workflow email notifications and reminders if there is any. I am new to Assets and related workflow.

File formats - Details of supported file format here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/file-form.... In AEM , you can upload anything .What may not be supported is thumbnails , text search etc.

File size limitation - 2 GB perhaps . By default, Adobe sets a maximum limit of 2GB for file uploads. Consequently, if you need to upload a file that exceeds this limit, you must adjust the system properties to bypass the speed limitation.  Not sure , if this limitation holds good for AEM Cloud too.

Note : email server configuration needs to be done on AEM for sending emails. For cloud : check https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/networking/example...
