Premiere Pro cc 2017 turns my MP4 vidoes to m2ts and removes the sound. So it's just a normal video file without any audio. When I started editing a window popped up and told me about a encode or audio-driver? It wanted me to install it so I pressed OK and it told me it was going to start. Nothing happend and my video had still no sound. I tried to use the 2019 version and i only got the second half of the audio. Please help me, what can I do to fix it?
