I teach online using Adobe Connect and experience freezing, unable to control movement of pods, etc
I have become very frustrated as I teach 4th grade students online and so being able to handle their tools is crucial. I have very high speed Internet. I don't know what to do. Of course, when I ask for tech help and they come into my room, everything works perfectly! 
Help! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
