Cannot get lower case fonts in Elements 14. Caps lock is off.

Have tried everything, even reinstalling but the fonts are still coming up as upper case.

Problem solved, Click EDIT, choose GENERAL, click on RESET PREFERENCES ON NEXT LAUNCH.  Close PSE and reopen, all back to normal.
