I use Elements 14 on Windows 10. When I try to put a border on a print it appears as I want it,all round the print,on my monitor but when I try to print on my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 only the top and bottom edges are printed.
If I go to Silver Efex and put a border round the print it,again appears as I want it on my monitor but this time just the sides print out.
I would be grateful for advice on how to get a print with a border on all four sides of the print.
