What are the benefits we have to use CJA instead of AA? What does it mean, remove the limitation in the current core Analytics (moving away from web-focus schema).

If you are well-aware of Adobe Analytics, you can use this documentation to understand the differences and terminology of CJA as compared to Analytics. 

I would suggest to go through FAQ section first that definitely clear your doubts and get broad understanding on what CJA is and also the other links shared by @Kishore_Reddy
