trying to downhard an asset (brush) from Creative Cloud Market

I keep getting "Must turn synch on" message even though I have turned synch ON under preferences

Sorry to hear. That definitely sounds frustrating.

The folks here are not experts in downloading assets from the Adobe Creative Cloud Market.
I recommend that you explain the issue to the subject matter experts in the Creative Cloud forum: https://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud
