Please how do I use marketing cloud? I already  have creative cloud subscription and Adobe customer service could not help. Can I subscribe to it as I did with creative cloud?

Hello, and welcome to the Adobe Marketing Cloud community.

Subscription and membership with Creative Cloud is not quite the same as with Adobe Marketing Cloud - with the latter, you (or your organization) subscribe to one or more of our digital marketing solutions. I recommend that you take a look here to learn more about what exactly Adobe Marketing Cloud is:
http://www.adobe.com/solutions/digital-marketing.html

If our solutions seem like they could be of value to you or your organization, I'd recommend reaching out to us using this form to start a conversation, and that way we can work with you to understand your goals/needs and provide you with customized recommendations:

Kind regards,
- Carey
