Increases in Bounce Rate to Homepage from IE9 traffic

Has anyone else seen increases to the Bounce Rate to the Homepage from IE9 traffic? Looks like the traffic is attributed to NonSourced / Bookmark and started in early January. From my view, this traffic is coming from multiple domains - Comcast, RR, sbcglobal etc.... and it appears that its not a dedicated bot or scraper.

I researched this and found this link from GA users who are seeing this issue - https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/analytics/sTinRFgimIU

Hi There,

Thanks a lot for reaching out.

There could be multiple factors causing the sudden increase and drops in data.
