Hello, My name is SeongYeob Jeong.

When I sign in to SPP , My page is redirected to contactNotFound

I can sign in to Adobe Support  with my account.

Can you help me to get into SPP?

Thank you for your interest in the Solution Partner Program! 

There is a requirement to register your company for the program before access can be granted to many of the resources on the Solution Partner Program.  Here is the link to the registration page: https://solutionpartners.adobe.com/services/appimsloginredirect.html?reg=enrollment&ims=signin&progr...   If you company has not yet registered, you will be asked to provide details about your company as well.
