How to set up a clustered configuration of Insight Server?

There is tow machines, one as FSU, another as DPU

I want to set up a clustered configuration of Insight Server, and have performed the following 

general steps:

1.In the master Insight Server(FSU), add the processing server ip to  Access Control Groups and 

add Master Server Common Name to Cluster.cfg

2.Add the processing Insight Servers'common names and addresses to the address file (in Master 

Server)

3.Add all of the Insight Servers to the Cluster Servers group in the Access Control.cfg file(in 

Master Server)

4.Update the Synchronize.cfg file in the “Components for Processing Servers” directory to 

point to the master Insight Server(in Master Server)

5.Delete the original Components directory on the processing Insight Server and Rename the 

“Components for Processing Servers” directory to “Components.”,  and Modify the 

Synchronize.cfg in the Components directory to point to the master Insight Server

6.In the profile.cfg file, specify the processing servers that process the data for the 

profile(on Master Server)

I had performed all steps of above, but insight get an error:

500 Address not found: xxxx
(xxx is the dpu server common name)

To set up a clustered configuration of Insight Server, what can I do?
