How to contact support

Molland_photogr

Adobe states on multiple pages "real help by real people". but nowhere on the site can I find an email address, a phone number or a way to start a chat.

And it seems multiple persons on this forum had the same issue..

timothy_newsom in 2015

_Nith_ in 2010

Tim got the suggestion to go to the support page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact but what ever you click, you just get standard pages.. no way to actually contact a person..

Come on Adobe, give me a way to contact one of your real people.. I won't bite...

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time getting the support you need. All the users here on the forums are real people here to help. If you want to post your question in one of the solution communities it will likely be seen by several experts. If you'd prefer more of a 1:1 conversation, you can contact support through the following ways:

Email: clientcare@adobe.com

Phone: 1-800-497-0335 (U.S. & Canada)

Online Portal: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/?support-solution=General#support

Cheers,
