What's the difference between Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Adlens?

Hi,I would like to get data of 2 data files from data warehouse.I set 2 segments, but one of it doesn't appear in the list of data warehouse request window.I think there is some problem to use it with Data warehouse.How should I check it? Tomo

 When i am trying to compare two period in sitecatalyst for pages report some of  the change values are negative numbers. When i tried downloading them in to Excel the format of this number is not proper. E.X:- (-4) is given as('-4.000000) in excel report. Please help me on this
