Short Links to Documentation

To make it easier to send around documentation - white papers, manuals, knowledgebase articles, etc. - please add a sharing "Short Link" functionality to, well, every bit of documentation in the web interface.

Anything that helps with inbox overload is a good thing.

It would also help for those of us with enterprise portals for digital analytics, to just be able to easily short link (or perma-link) to a document, so that people can ensure they have the latest version of a document at their finger-tips.
