Adding option for users to mark a question/discussion/idea as favorite in Experience League Portal

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	Adding option for users to mark a question/discussion/idea as favorite in Experience League Portal.
Use-case:	User should be able to add any of the question, idea, etc. to the favorite list. The favorites, added should be personalized (added to person's profile).
Current/Experienced Behavior:	Favorite option is not available.
Improved/Expected Behavior:	User will be able to mark question/idea/discussion/idea as favorite. User should be able to see dynamic favorite count and on click of the count, the user will land on page where we have categorization of question, discussion, etc showing respective favorite entries under separate tabs.

This feature could be really useful for easy references, especially for blogs and answers to questions.

@Ritesh_Mittal, Moved this Idea to the relevant place.
We do have this feature to pin/mark as a featured option available. But it is for admin only. We don't want to make it available for all as a spammer can misuse it to pin/mark the post as featured. Also, if we extend this to limited users (last say 10), and if all of them want 10 different posts to be pinned, then it would defeat the purpose of pinning the post. Please let me know if you are envisioning this differently.

I should have rather asked it only for 'favorite' then. User can add any of the question, idea, etc. to the favorite list. The favorites, added should be personalized (added to person's profile) so in that case each user will have different favorites item.

With this feature, it will be easier as a user to add items for future reference.
