In theory, I think it is possible by tweaking this script: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/plugins/getnewrepeat#instal.... However, I believe this is done on purpose because the "getNewRepeat" plugin will update the value of the cookie through JS, so marking it as HttpOnly will cause the plugin to stop working as expected.
