Web form in Email Delivery

Is it possible to provide web form within the Email Delivery ?

So that user can fill out the details within email they receive.

FORMs aren't suited for email, and many spam blockers consider forms in email as spam. You'll find them stripped out on many mail clients. Although, you can create simple forms to capture feedback using images with embedded links as image target.
