Using Integer as Identification Key

Avatar

Level 2

Hello,

I have a custom resource that contains Order information, and i want to use order id (integer) as Identification Key in Campaign Standard. Is it possible to use a custom key of type integer as Identification Key with no automatic primary key selected?

I have tried to do so, but when i try to publish, i get an error saying that i need to set a dynamic default value in my custom key (which is not possible for an integer)

Thanks!

Hi @mtrapiello,

Yes, it's possible to use order id as primary key. Reason you're getting error, I believe when you select authorize creating/duplicating option on "Actions on data section" under screen definition. Uncheck both options and try publishing again.
