Show two options in unsubscribe page

Hi,

Is there is a way to make the default unsubscribe page shows two options.

When a recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link, the page will show two options. 1. Unsubscribe from this service. 2. Unsubscribe from all the services (black list).

Yes Jason,

You can make it.

Ex: If you are going to create unsubscription page using webapp there you can create two checkbox.

Please let me know how you are unsubscribing.
