Hi,

since 20.4 we miss all image previews. Is this a common problem? How can we fix it?

Hi @Michael_Reitberger,

This is probably a provisioning related issue. Kindly reach out to the Customer Care team to raise the problem.

Thanks!

Hi @Sukrity_Wadhwa ,

we still couldn't solve the issue, but we found out, that it is Browser related. We use Google Chrome Version 86.0.4240.111 without Plugins.

On Firefox it's working just fine.

Regards,

Michael
