Outlook 2013 issue when adding spacers between content in Adobe Campaign

Hi all,

We have been creating email campaigns in Adobe Campaign and noticed that when tested in Outlook 2013 on desktop there is a large white space created between an image and the text below it. Although we have a spacer in this area in campaign, the space created in Outlook is almost double the size. Sometimes this space is visible, sometimes it is not. We do not see this space in other email clients or in Litmus.

If anyone has any advice on how to stop this space appearing please comment.

Hi Adam,

Are you use DCE to preview? Are you using HTML fix option in Adobe campaign?

Can you post the html of the email here, It's impossible to help you until we saw what you have used in the HTML.
