Import Audience Segments from AAM to Adobe Campaign

Hi all,

I am looking for the ways of Importing Audience Segments from AAM to Adobe Campaign.

It should be automatic and near real time (a few hrs of lag is fine).

I am reading SFTP tool configuration, configuring Destination in AAM as AC, etc in the following URL:

Audience Manager to Campaign Implementation Guide

Do I have to do both of them or one of these is enough?
