IIS Setup Problem

Hi Guys,

I am currently trying to integrate the Adobe Campaign into the web server (IIS) following the official documentation from Adobe.

However, whenever I get to the step of installing using the iis_neolane_setup.vbs file, I get an error:

" Adobe Campaign IIS integration cannot be installed. Please ensure that IIS is running. Error details: [Number: 0] "

I am running the IIS services, and can't see a reason why this step is failing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Filip,

I don't know much about IIS. I'll check if there is some update to do in the documentation. In the meantime, can you please raise a ticket to support if that's still not working for you?
