I'm using External API activity and receiving data. (See pict).

I want to use it to personlize emails. But having problem to see the data when I use Enrichment?

Should I use a Enrichment, and how should I use it?

Have tested with Enrichment. But the data does not follow from the API activity.

So If I understand, the structure is correct but you're not getting the data. Can you check your response body in Postman? Then make sure it matches with column definition in your activity.
