We want to encourage our customers to use 2023 as a year to plan for the upgrade. Adobe plans to release the new version of Adobe Campaign for general availability by 2023 year end. Adobe Account team will work with businesses on transition timelines that make sense for the respective business.
We feel that there should not be much concerns on the upgrade as v8 is coming with better user interface, higher speed and scalability etc.
For migration from ACS to ACC we are developing automated services to assist with businesses. We want to make upgrade process smooth and minimize the level of effort it requires for any organization to upgrade. However, the level of effort may vary customer by customer based on the complexity of your deployment, data, and use cases. We will provide more details as developments progress and work with you closely to plan for the transition.
Great! Good to know that.
And, what is the expected level of effort that would be required once a customer decides to upgrade? Will upgrading require any kind of services that will have to be availed or provided from Adobe's side?
