Refresh subscriber status at the time of send for single send email

Description - We have multiple users on ACS and we are only allowing them to schedule single send email. However, there's a chance they schedule the email 5 days in advance which risk us violating ACMA SPAM ACT compliance

 

Why is this feature important to you - 

As part of ACMA SPAM ACT Compliance, an opt-out request needs to be actioned within 5 business days.

 

How would you like the feature to work -

Subscription status to be refreshed at the time of send

 

Current Behaviour - Current process is restricted that the consumer if they unsubscribe when email is  ‘scheduled’, the status is not reflective at the time when the email is sent. A manual process is set up that an email can’t be scheduled more than 4 days in advance.

Unfortunately, the exclusions etc. are only handled during message preparation.

No re-check directly before the send is available

 

One option might be to use a workflow scheduler instead.
