Update event status technical workflow

As part of the latest Campaign Classic Release 20.3.1 - Build 9228, we fixed an issue in the Update event status technical workflow: to match the sizing of the incoming corresponding fields in the Delivery statistics activity, the sizing of three destination fields in the Update delivery stats activity was changed from 32 to 64 bits.
