Pre-Approve campaign

Hi, i have a requirement about the implementation of a process to PRE APPROVE/CHECK  a campaign to be cancelled or approved depending some parameters, for example some custom input fields not be empty, or validate an ID exist in other data base, etc.

Some one can help??

Hi ,

You can create a custom workflow for this requirement and can add the test activity and set it to True/False depending on the existence of the value for your "custom input fields" .

Use the alert notification to display the respective messages : " to be cancelled"(for the empty fields-False ) or "to be approved"(for the populated ones'-True).
