Welcome to the coffee break. Looking forward to answering any questions you have.
Hi @scotts44930614, @ericknee, @dloyd, & @peteamancuso,
Thanks for taking the time to answer our questions today. One of the questions that we see a lot of customers pondering is that how will the Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Platform integration work with Adobe Campaign v8? Are there any new features that will there be with a v8 integration? And, do we have a blueprint coming for it?

In V7 the integration is done through AEP Destinations by file transfer. With V8, the integration will be tighter between ACC and AEP and the file transfer mechanism will be removed and it is planned to have an audience from AEP automatically be shared to ACC without a data loading workflow in ACC.
Hello everyone!
Could you please highlight the major point of differences between Journey Orchestration and Adobe Journey Optimizer?
Thanks in advance!
AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) is an evolution of JO (Journey Orchestration) which includes the authoring and communication execution capabilities. AJO also includes Offer Decisioning.
Do we have email authoring with Adobe Experience Manager available in Adobe Journey Optimizer? If not, then is it in the future product roadmap and if it is, then how soon will that happen?
Adobe Journey Optimizer has email authoring capability. It also has the ability to insert assets through AEM Assets Essentials. Email template authoring is not yet available in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Hi,
So, this question was originally posted in the Adobe Journey Optimizer Community by Community member @salvatore_dange :
“Since AJO does not provide a detailed Email Report but just aggregated results, I thought of creating a Journey to send myself a daily Alert containing the list of Profiles that were not contacted (excluded or failed).
Can you help me to understand how to implement it?”

Can the experts help with the solution to this request?

Trying to understand the value of the list. If there were 20 million profiles not contacted, that list too large for an email. What would you do with this list? Alternatively, you could use AEP Query Service to create a data set using a CTAS statement.
Hello @peteamancuso ,
Can you provide an example of query to be created on AEP Query Service?
My question was related to the monitoring of Email send-outs on a user-level (not aggregated per delivery attribute).
AJO lacks a view on delivery logs (compared to Adobe Campaign) and I'm wondering how to overcome this missing feature.

Try this,
To make sure your messages are successfully executed, sent and delivered, Journey Optimizer offers capabilities to monitor the messages that are currently published and triggered. You can see how your messages are performing across journeys in real-time from the Executions list.
This Message view shows you Sent, Delivered, Excluded ect..
This (below) is another link that gives you a bunch of examples with Query Service, although not specific to tracking logs. However the schema you would use would be at the "Message" object level. Which is captured on this schema "CJM Message Feedback Event Schema". So pair that schema up with some of the query's in the examples if you need more information.
Thanks a lot @peteamancuso, @scotts44930614, @David_Loyd & @ericknee for taking out the time to chat with us today! This was supremely helpful to the Community.
