Hello All,
I'm reaching out to see if there is a specific answer to a scenario that we ran into. We ended up creating new virtual servers for our Dev Environment, and once we implemented everything we found that all of our Workflows are missing within our instance of Adobe Classic v7. We have created a Dev Environment before and never have see this happen. Our DBAs have found that all the WFs are in the DB/Server and are able to enable them, which then the WFs will be in our client console.
Even though we have a solution for this issue, has anyone ever come across this scenario as well? Any idea on what may have caused this? Also, since all the WFs are there but just hidden/disabled is there any way to enable them within Campaigns Client Console directly?
Thanks in advance for any responses,
Shaun

Sorry for the delay in responding, but we did figure out that a Script was ran along with scrambling the emails in the DB so no sending would occur that impacted the DB migration to our Dev Environment. We created a new back up of the DB and was very specific in any script that ran and successfully created our Dev Environment.
Appreciate your response.

Is that multiple servers connected to the same DB (with failover/idle box?)
Could it be a previleges issue? try logging with the internal account
Are your services configured correctly in the in conf backend files?
Was it a DB restore from other environment? or fresh db deployment
Whats the DB type? Oracle, MSSQL, etc.
Is it Windows or Linux
Whats the version of your acc client/server
Whats your solution for this issue?
How are your DBs enabling the workflows from the database?
