ACC cannot reach the web upload service that handles browser → server file transfer.
This is not a schema issue and not a workflow configuration issue.
To identify whether the issue is user-specific or system-wide, we can perform a few simple checks:
Check if another user is able to upload a file successfully.
Check if the upload works in a different environment (Dev, Test, or Prod).
If the issue occurs only for one user, it is likely related to the browser, network, or local system.
If the issue affects all users across environments, it may indicate a server-side or infrastructure-related problem.

Try this: Open ACC in Incognito, Try different browser, Disable VPN and retry.
