Greetings!

We are currently evaluating solutions for an upcoming project where our client has expressed interest in leveraging Adobe Campaign extensively, in combination with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Before proceeding with our proposal, we would like to explore the tools hands-on to better understand their capabilities, integration possibilities, and fitment for the client’s requirements.

Could you kindly guide us on the availability of a trial version/demo environment for AEM and Adobe Campaign? If available, please share the next steps for enabling access.

Adobe Campaign (Classic / Standard):

Request a sandbox/demo environment through Adobe Sales or your Adobe Account Manager
Adobe can provision a trial instance or sandbox of Adobe Campaign as part of an evaluation.

If your company works with Adobe or is a partner, you can also request:

• A trial link or sandbox instance

• A temporary evaluation license

• Access to the Adobe Software Distribution portal for a sandbox build (usually via partner or vendor engagement)

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

There is no self-service public trial download of AEM available to individuals or organizations without coordination with Adobe.

However, you can get a demo / sandbox / evaluation environment through official channels:

Adobe Sales / Account Team
Engage your Adobe Sales representative or Account Manager and request:

• A sandbox or demo program for AEM as a Cloud Service

• Access to an evaluation instance of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, etc.

Adobe Cloud Manager Sandbox
If your organization already uses Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Cloud Manager allows creation of Sandbox programs for non-production demos and testing. These sandboxes are designed for training, POCs, and enablement.

Steps to be taken: 

Contact Adobe Sales / Account Team

Reach out to your Adobe representative or submit a request via:

• Adobe Experience Cloud sales inquiry form

• Your company’s Adobe Admin Console Account Manager contact

Request specifically:
A demo or sandbox environment for Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
A sandbox or trial instance of AEM (Cloud Manager Sandbox or evaluation access)
Mention that this is for a pre-sales evaluation and integration feasibility study.
