Survey responses are not stored

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why my survey responses are not stored in the Responses

also where these records will be stored ? is there any attributes to store or should we create any attributes to store

Hi @Sreevarshini-P 

You need to create a customer response schema with the attributes to store the responses and then map it in the page/storage activity of the Webapp to store the desired responses.

I did created schema, however my response are getting logged and showing as dumm@dummy1.com. I am using library called Response from recipient form. do I need to update the library in response to the schema I have created or do I need to create a new schema all together to store responses ?
