SFTP File transfer error - Failed Initialization

Avatar

Hi there,

I'm trying to upload a file into a SFTP location through File transfer activity in ACC and I'm keep getting "Failed initialization" error in File transfer activity (attached snapshot). I tried with all action - upload, download, file listing but every time I get the same error. External account is created with account name and password and enabled for SFTP. What could be the issue? How can I confirm if external account still has the access to the SFTP?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @RajeshBhat seems like you have set up everything right.

But can you check if the Status is set to Active. like keep the checkbox on.

The issue persists and I'm still looking for a solution. Could someone please help!? Also, wanted to check if the external account uses SHA2 encryption method internally to connect to the SFTP server? Seeing this in the SFTP logs along with public key authentication. When ACC doesn't allow public key authentication type (only supports userId/password authentication) wondering why this is shown in the logs?
