Recurring Campaign template setup

Hi,

1. In recurring campaign workflows, how is the approval process happening/working and will extraction file approval mail get sent to the operator from recurring campaign workflows?

Extraction file approval occurs as usual: once per iteration of the delivery, sent to operator/group specified in delivery properties.

2.  In the recurring campaigns default workflow properties there is a script mentioned and this script is not carrying to new workflow that we created in same recurring campaign. So should we copy the recurring script in all workflow in this campaign?

The script just sets some variables ($datetime(instance/vars/@startPlanningDate), $datetime(instance/vars/@endPlanningDate)) in the workflow, so if you're using those, sure?

3. Could you please tell me what's the core difference between Unique and recurring type campaigns? Especially based on approvals.

From what I can see:

• Recurring template sets a field called @recurrentMdl 'Recurring workflow template' in its workflow. This field is used by operationMgt workflow (runs campaign workflows) to clone more of the workflow within the campaign's execution period.
• Workflow has a script to add vars to workflow as mentioned above
• Campaign has label 'Recurring campaign'
• No change in Approval settings
