Pressure Rule Not Working for Push Notifications (Android & iOS)

Avatar

Level 3

Hi,

We have configured Pressure rules for Android and iOS, but they are not showing up in exclusion tab or in exclusion summary.

We configured contact date in delivery as well using control typology and made sure control typology will apply first and pressure will apply after that.

Need your help.

@Vipul_Raghav

Thanks,

Krishna

Workaround:

  • Create a workflow that refreshes the list of records every morning.
  • Ensure the list uses Subscriber Applications as the target dimension.
  • Create a Filtering-type Typology Rule and configure it to reference the generated list.
  • In the delivery, go to the Exclusion tab and use this typology rule as additional filtering criteria.
  • This will ensure the specified addresses are excluded during delivery preparation.

Hello @krishnakanth_patnaik_cc  Could you please share more details on how the rule is configured and applied in delivery?
