Mail tracking - Missing types

Within an email tracking we only see email clicks and opens

Tracking:

We don't receive optouts, web, transact, etc. How do I include these types within the mail tracking?

Hi @jkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk , Same with getting content from AEM. you can find the tracking option or in bottom of HTML editor you can find 'Display URLs'. There you can be able to select the type of link.

Hi @jkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk ,

While creating delivery > select tracking > select the drop-down and select the category in it.

Thank you. But how do I do it if I get the contents of the newsletter from AEM?

Check that AEM passes what you want to track by adding parameters to your email or even using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Launch if required

Hi,

Please check your delivery to ensure that the unsubscribe link is included.

After syncing your delivery from AEM, verify that the unsubscribe link is present. If is missing, you can either disable the sync and add it manually or include it directly in AEM.

Normally, in Adobe Campaign, a personalized block for the unsubscribe link is included by default. Please make sure it is properly configured.

Best regards,

Parvesh
