@jefrii , Example if you open a Recipient folder, you can able to create, modify, and preview records. Forms show a visual representation of information like first name, last name, email and many details in it. This form structure and UI is designed in 'input form' under /Administration/Configuration/Input forms/ folder.
In Explorer view, you can create a Recipient folder by right clicking a generic folder > create a new folder > Database > Recipients. Once the folder is created, you can able to access data in list view and add / modify records in input form. So this folder hierarchy and details are specified in a Navigation hierarchy under /Administration/Configuration/Navigation hierarchies/ folder.
Now similar to above example, if you want to create the same for your custom schema, then create a input form for your schema, then create a navigation hierarchy for it.
