How to set document.refferer and a token in url

Hi,

I am working for DN, NHST Media group; located in Oslo. For a newsletter feature, we want to achive followings:

1. We want to set document.referrer when user clicks link in email and get redirected to our article. Currently, we are getting blank string ("") for this links. Example: http://t.nyheter.dn.no/r/?id=h1a64068,264e75a,264e75f
2. We want add a token in urls, it can be a hardcoded but it should not be valid/exists if user forward this email.

The feature is to provide special access to contents if and only if users comes through newsletter email. We are open to get any other suggestions to achieve this.
