How do I create an end-to-end link between two schemes?

I am new to the development role in the ACC. I know how to create the schemas and links between two schemas, but can you please explain how to create an end-to-end link between two schemas? What is the procedure to create an End-to-End link? It will be very helpful to me if I get a solution for this.
