Hi guys,

Since the last 2-3 weeks, our SMS campaigns are having some issues.  Out of the total population, around 25% - 30% of the recipients are not receiving SMSs with failure reason as,

Failed    Unreachable       Error in delivery part 489935034: BAS-010013 Session has timed-out

Now we know that the mobile numbers must be unreachable but earlier the error message received was different, as below,

Failed    Unreachable      Message not delivered

Can someone please explain what the ''Error in delivery part 489935034: BAS-010013 Session has timed-out '' means and how we can get past this issue?

We have same problem on our iOS channel that is routing through a mid-sourcing sever. Any help would be greatly appriciated
