Error in delivery with attached Dynamic PDF generation.

Hi all,

 

We are facing the following error in a delivery where we use the dynamically generating pdf as an attachment.

 

04/29/2020 10:30:17 PM Failed Unreachable <email address> DLV-#ID# Unable to convert the OpenOffice document '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/abfss_mid_stage1/mta/temp/#ID#.odt' (corresponding to template '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/abfss_mid_stage1/upload/#ID#.docx') to PDF (duration=0.0s, error=Error while loading document.).

 

We have a whole set of campaign workflows designed and configured in the same manner. and it was working properly before we upgraded our campaign instance to build number 9032. I am not sure what is causing this problem. Kindly help me out.

You may need libreoffice6.

    Hi,

     

    We do have LibreOffice installed on the servers. As I mentioned this feature was working properly before the build upgrade.
