Hi community,
can anybody share, where and how I can configure the approval default settings? We are testing in a sandbox environment and regulary forget to disable approvals when setting up a delivery. I'm also pretty sure, that our customer will not use this feature as well.

Is this issue resolved or still exists?
You have one more option where you can disable this by default.
Adminstration --> Configuration --> Web Applications --> Approval of a campaign delivery
You follow the above path and uncheck the Approval option post that the approval settings by default will disable for all the templates.

You can disable the approval settings in delivery and the path is as follows:
Delivery --> Properties --> Approvals
You can enable or disable the approval settings in delivery under Approvals

we want to disable the approvals by default. We need to test a lot of individual HTML-mails and automations for our customer before setting up the prod account.

Hi Niels,
You can disable the approval settings in delivery template then by default it won't show until and unless you are using other template.
