Data not visible in display target - Adobe campaign classic

Hi Adobe team,

I am unable to view the data, after right clicking on transition and clicking on display the target in Adobe campaign classic.

Kindly guide me to resolve above problem as I tried clearing the cache as well as creating a new workflow, but the issue is not solved.17580964263253751836663513902488.jpg

Hi @KD1 ,

Enable 'Keep the interim result' checkbox in workflow property and restart the workflow. Now you will be able to see the data between two activities in the transition.

Yes I followed as you instructed, but still not able to view the data population.

@KD1 , Try creating a new workflow and enable 'Keep the interim result' and start the Workflow and check if the issue still persist. And if you're unable to see the data, check whether other operators also facing the same issue in the same environment. If yes, Check with your database team or with Adobe support by raising a support ticket.
