Custom Delivery Channel in Adobe Campaign Classic

Hi Team, I am trying to create a delivery template for whatsApp delivery channel, i have created the exetrenal account for whatsApp and now i am not sure how to create a custom delivery template for the external account, could someone help me on the same, thanks in advance. Thanks, Shine v.v
