Changing Time Zones in Adobe

Hi Team,

Could someone please explain how to change the time zones in Campaign Classic V8? We discovered that Adobe adheres to EST timings, hence we must set them to UAE timings.

To change the time zone in Adobe Campaign Classic V8, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Administration" menu and select "Platform."

2. In the "Platform" section, select "Time zones."

3. Find the time zone you want to change and click on its name to open its properties.

4. In the "Time zone" section, change the time zone to the desired value. For the United Arab Emirates, you can use the "Asia/Dubai" time zone.

5. Save the changes to the time zone by clicking the "Save" button.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each time zone that needs to be changed.

7. Restart the Adobe Campaign services to apply the changes.

Note that changing the time zone will affect all dates and times stored in Adobe Campaign, so be sure to understand the implications of this change before implementing it in your production environment. It's always a good idea to backup your data before making any major changes to your system.
