Hello,

After updating servers to 7.4.1 we have another weird issue going on.

Issue is with uploading files:

Select file upload from local machine. File is uploaded successfully. But when clicking on 'Ok' I get prompt as if the process is not finished

When we click on yes and Ok again we get error

As if something tried to read the file. But to me this is not the correct location at all or not full location where the file is loaded.  Any idea what I need to check?

Marcel

It is a known issue and Adobe has released a new version of the Client Console for 7.4.1

Please make sure you download the latest version of the client console

Hi @Marcel_Szimonisz,

it was a deduction from my experience.

But you need to compare the release date in the documentation to the date published.

For 9383 the release was in June but the published date was in July which means some issues were reported to Adobe and they deployed a hot fix or a patch.

Also you can see in my previous screenshot, you can filter by software type.

Thanks,

David

Hello @DavidKangni it did not help. perhaps we missed some rights during installation no idea for now.. it seems that some process cannot read that path.. but file is uploaded so its very strange.
