Adobe Campaign Classic: How to prevent multiple responses to survey for the same recipient

Hello folks.

We are publishing some surveys in Adobe Campaign Classic and we are aiming to restrict responses (for some of them) to only one single response per recipient.

If a recipient tries to answer the survey for a second time, a proper "you have already responded..." should be displayed and the recipient should not be able to respond again.

What is the best way to achieve this functionality?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Hi @jfinestras

Customers are landing with Customer ID. Query IDs with response from table and if new ID is in subset return info you already answered. If you are storing prospects then you can count customers with same email and if count>1 return info existing recipient.

Milan

Hello Milan.

I was evaluating this option but I didn't know about performance issues it could cause in load time.

My question was more about if there was any out-of-the-box option that I was missing...

Thank you for your answer. Regards.

Jordi.
