Hi,
The "actions" menu (accessible from a right-click in a list, and in the top right corner of a list) should also be present when in a tab.
For example, when a workflow is open in a new tab, it's impossible to "stop unconditionnaly" or "purge". Same goes for web apps publishing, etc
